The apartment is in a lovely area right next to the historic center and the main square. The 24-hour supermarket is very convenient. The hostess was fantastic, and the staff was accommodating and excellent.

Helpful staff, IDEAL location. Loved central heating, multi-channel TV and a refrigerator, nevertheless our beds were small. For safety measures it had smoke detectors. Warm welcome from owner. They offered easy check-in. Setting short walk to the old town, Airport, river.
Tbh, rooms were rather small.

The accommodation had a great location in the downtown area, not far from a painting gallery. The staff were accommodating and very friendly. The apartment provided useful amenities like an electric kettle, fridges, and kitchenware, allowing us to cook breakfast ourselves. There was an excellent restaurant nearby.

The garden views were lovely, perfect for pretending I was in the countryside instead of a city. The free WiFi was great too, it meant I could post pictures of my posh life on Instagram.
Oh, sure, no washing machine. Who needs clean clothes when you have a pretty garden view, right?

loved my stay at the apartment! great location near the castle and all sights. well-equipped with good a/c. indian restaurant nearby. only minor noise between apartments. highly recommend for short or long stays. Gabriela was fantastic at communicating and even offered a mid-stay clean when I requested new towels.
Missed having a microwave oven.

The host was really helpful and provided us with lots of information about the city. The apartment was comfortable and had a quirky charm. The location was perfect for exploring the city and we were able to easily rent scooters to get around. it was a great base for our city trip.
There were a few minor issues, like the WiFi coverage not being great and the plastic mattress protector being a personal preference. there was no cleaning service during our stay, which was a bit inconvenient.

Great location, exceeded expectations, wonderful owner, comfortable and stylish room with lots of light, ready to go back again! Communication was fantastic. Super helpful host, provided travel details and suggestions, even gave us a travel adapter. Air conditioning was on upon arrival, clear instructions for check-in, very clean and modern room. Quiet and had all the amenities we needed. Awesome for the price!

Our host was mind-blowingly amazing, super helpful, and welcoming! Iwona gave us all the jaw-dropping information we needed in advance about transfers and the city. The check-in process was smooth and Iwona even allowed us to check in early in the morning. The apartment had all the necessary cookware/ kitchen utensils, including an electric kettle, and even provided tea and coffee. The location was jaw-droppingly perfect, right across from a famous castle and within walking distance to shops and a bakery. The apartment itself was incredibly clean and modern, and the air conditioning was a game-changer on a hot day. We also appreciated the clear instructions on reaching the apartment. The overall experience was absolutely fantastic for the price we paid!

The apartment was super spacious and clean, with a massive shower that felt like a party in itself. Plus, it was only a short walk away from the wild nightlife in the old town. We danced our hearts out at the trendy clubs and met so many cool people. And the best part? The 24-hour supermarket nearby where we stocked up on snacks for our late-night munchies. Highly recommend for a party-filled trip!
If I had to ask for one thing, it would be a common area in the apartment building where we could chill with other young travelers. It would have been awesome to meet more party-loving people and maybe even pregame together before hitting the bars.

We had a great stay at a friendly and accommodating apartment. It was clean and modern, just as we expected. the location was perfect for exploring the Old Town and Jewish quarter on foot, and we could easily walk to Wawel Castle in just 5-10 minutes. The convenience of being on the public bus route to the Airport and Salt Mines was a major plus for us. Cons: Don't have any issues at all. 😊.
